Love Without Walls

Sophie and Paul (an aspiring musician) can’t pay their London rent and turn to friends and family for support. Over the course of a summer, things go from bad to worse: The couple lose everything and find themselves lost in the underbelly of life on the streets. Though frustrated, their good humour and positivity land them odd jobs and a temporary shelter. LOVE WITHOUT WALLS is a story of love, hope and survival in the darkest of times.

“A love story first and a social issues story second, but Jane Gull is very concerned about making films that say something about the modern world, and this definitely does that.” Mark Kermode, Kermode & Mayo’s Take

“A brilliant, charming, intense drama carried by a pair of fantastic actors and a good script…At times it’s a painful watch, but it’s a forcefully truthful one.” The Reviews Hub

“The narrative is harrowing but has a hopefulness to it thanks to the unwavering love story at it’s heart.” Cinema Perspective
